Dualtechs MV Version 3.2 and MZ Version 1.2
By request, a new feature has been added to both versions of this plugin: if you want skills learned from Traits to not count toward a dualtech, you can place a prefix (! by default; pick a non-space non-comma prefix that no skill in your database begins with) in front of the skill name or ID when setting the <Dual> tag. Only skills that the actor has permanently learn will count when the prefix is added. If you want the skills from Traits to skill count (which is how it worked before this update), just leave the prefix off. Simple!
If you are updating from a previous version, please make sure that you open the "Permanent Skill Prefix" parameter and click "OK" once, even if you do not want to change it from an exclamation point.
